Аims to provide free access to up-to-date information, which is essential for the functioning of modern society. Unfortunately, about 67% of Ukrainians do not have the opportunity to regularly use the Internet, especially those residing in small settlements that lack the necessary skills and equipment. The Donetsk settlement territorial community has a communal institution called the “Public library of the Donetsk settlement council of the Izyum district of the Kharkiv region,” which has eight branches in its structure. However, during the active hostilities in the Izyum district, three libraries suffered significant damage and partial loss of book collections. Thus, the project aims to update the libraries’ modern space, equip their premises with modern equipment, replenish them with new books, and furnish them with furniture. The project also aims to provide the library with access to Wi-Fi, which will allow the community to expand the possibilities and quality of cultural and educational services. This will ensure the organization of interesting and useful leisure activities, access to information, and the development of creative and intellectual abilities of the residents of the district.   The project will be implemented in six branch libraries.
